While pursuing economic benefits, the company has always regarded environmental protection and sustainable development as the core mission of the enterprise, explored the green solutions for the whole life cycle of abrasive products, and promoted the transformation of the industry to low-carbon, environmental protection and recycling direction with practical actions.

We set up an interdisciplinary environmental protection technology research and development team, focusing on the green upgrading of abrasive products. In the selection of raw materials, we prioritize the use of renewable, low-energy resources to replace traditional high-pollution raw materials, such as replacing formaldehyde-containing chemical adhesives with natural plant-based binders, which not only reduces harmful gas emissions during the production process, but also allows the products to degrade naturally after use. Meanwhile, through nano-coating technology and bionic structure design, the durability and cutting efficiency of the abrasives are greatly improved, extending the service life of a single product by 30% and indirectly reducing the consumption of resources and waste generation.

In the production workshop, we fully implement clean energy and intelligent energy-saving and emission reduction equipment. The photovoltaic power generation system is used to meet 20% of the plant’s electricity demand, and the high-efficiency dust removal and wastewater treatment systems are equipped to reduce dust emissions by 98% during the production process, while the industrial wastewater is purified by a three-stage treatment to achieve 95% recycling. In addition, the introduction of digital energy management platform, real-time monitoring of energy consumption data in the production process, through intelligent algorithms to optimize the production process, compared with the traditional process to reduce the unit energy consumption by 15%, from the source of manufacturing to practice green commitment.

Adhering to the concept of “Waste is Resource”, we have established a recycling system for abrasive products. Waste abrasives used by customers can be returned to the factory through the reverse logistics network, and after crushing, purification, modification and other processes, 70% of the raw materials can be reused in the production of new products. At the same time, we cooperate with downstream enterprises to develop secondary application scenarios for abrasive by-products, such as converting grinding waste into additives for construction materials, which maximizes the use of resources and reduces tens of thousands of tons of solid waste to landfills every year.

We not only provide environmentally friendly abrasive products, but are also committed to providing low-carbon solutions for our customers. Through on-site evaluation by our professional technical team, we optimize the grinding process for our customers to reduce energy consumption and waste output; we have launched a leasing service model, so that customers can rent abrasive equipment on demand, reducing the waste of resources caused by idle equipment. In addition, we regularly organize seminars on environmental protection technology to share the industry’s green development experience and work together with our customers to move towards a sustainable future.
